Your piece is embroidered by hand in our Paris atelier. Please allow up to 7 working days for personalization, in addition to shipping time.
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders within the European Union are delivered with no additional import duties or taxes.
Orders outside the European Union are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place), meaning that local duties, taxes and customs charges may be payable by the recipient upon delivery.
United States: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are included at checkout, with no additional charges upon delivery.
United Kingdom: Import duties, VAT and other applicable charges may be collected upon import in accordance with local regulations.
Remote destinations may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch.
If a shipment is refused or returned because duties, taxes or customs charges have not been paid, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional costs incurred as a result of the return may also be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING & TRACKING
We ship worldwide, primarily with DHL Express.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
If delivery cannot be completed, your parcel may be held at a local collection point before being returned to us.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or a refused delivery may be charged to the customer.
