We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. If your country of delivery isn't valid, please contact us by using the contact form.

To France: 1-2 working days.

To Europe: 2-3 working days.

Worldwide: 3-5 working days.

*Personalized knitwear: We take maximum seven (7) working days to hand-embroider your order. To add the usual delivery time. 

**In remote areas, delivery can take up 1-3 days more.

***Orders placed on Friday will be processed on Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on Tuesday.

****During local national holiday periods delivery times may change. Courier delays may also affect delivery times. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

We work mainly with DHL and sometimes Colissimo (French express co., which works with each local post services). Please note you cannot choose your carrier since our rates are fixed upon the routes neither when your order is eligible for free delivery.  

France: free delivery (cocorico!)
International: free delivery for order over €150

Once the carrier picks up your parcel, you will get a notification email or SMS with the tracking number. There you can follow all steps of your delivery. Please make sure to be updated as the carrier might not leave a note in your letterbox if they attempted a delivery or left your parcel in a pick-up point. (Also check your Spam folder for information as the carrier is not obliged to leave a note in the letterbox anymore since this online tracking exists.)

We ship on a DAP (Duties at Place) basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the EU countries. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be. 

UK customers: Pease note that now the UK is no longer part of the EU. In the case of shipments of goods with a value in excess of GBP 135, you will liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in UK. Import VAT applies at the UK border and is borne by the UK buyer. 

US customers. The tax free threshold is USD 800.

Packages returned rejected because of  duties, taxes and charges will not be refunded for shipping. And if you choose not to pay these duties or taxes, we reserve the right to charge them for incurred costs.

Remote areas: Difficult Postal codes to deliver wherever in France, EU or worldwide will be subject to surcharge. If your address belongs there, we will inform you by email prior the delivery to inform you about the delivery fee for acceptance or order cancellation.

Your order can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 10 days after the product has returned to our workshop.

Because each b&t piece is truly one of a kind, please note that there is no exchange or refund for personalized Products except in the event of an error in product, size, colour or embroidery, which is our responsibility. We accept cancellation of a personalized order within 24 hours.

As specified in our T&C, you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. We are still a growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free shipping and free return shipping, yet you can choose the carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. More

Our signature is the personalisation: your word(s) hand-embroidered in Paris. You can choose the embroidery color among 9 color options. It takes up to 7 working days to make it. More here
